Medtronic received information that during functional endoscopic sinus surgery (fess), when the exams were pushed to navigation system, the system became unresponsive.When attempted to load exams via disc the images were inverted.Site deleted the exams and attempted to reload the disc again but the disc would not load.Electronic picture archiving and communication systems (pacs) again attempted to push images, the system became unresponsive again and the exams wold not go through.The patient was not under anesthesia when the surgery was rescheduled.No known impact on patient outcome.
