Information was received by a manufacture representative (rep) regarding an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for urinary dysfunction/sacral nerve stimulation and gastrointestinal/pelvic floor.Caller is reporting the following about impedances: intra-op abnormal impedances. They were with the patient and/or healthcare provider (hcp) to do further troubleshooting. The intra-op caller was getting 2767 repeating and ??? on case pairs while testing at 1.5v on 360 pulse width (pw). The call agency requested the rep to do motor testing; they tested pairs 0&3 and 1&2, but resulted in motor responses >1.5v (1.2v and >1.0v).The call agency then recommended closing and discussed environmental noise as possible reason for abnormal impedances.Troubleshooting resolved reported issue.Additional information received from a manufacturer representative (rep) who confirmed the information with the hcp; the cause of the impedance issue was not determined. No additional actions/interventions were taken to resolve the impedance issue. Before closing the patient, the rep said the impedance values were: 1378, ?, ?, ?, 2767, 2767, 2767, 2767, 2767, and 2767.No patient symptoms were reported and no further complications have been reported as a result of this event.
