Event Description
Information was received from a consumer regarding a patient who was implanted with a neurostimulator (ins) for parkinson's dual, movement disorders.It was reported that since the patient had the ins implanted they had not been able to eat or hold a pencil.Patient wanted a second opinion regarding the device.Patient stated the hcp who programmed the device hadn't been able to get the device to work for the patient's symptoms.Patient stated the hcp had tried different programs but the ins was still not working and the patient was still shaking and unable to eat.There were no further complications reported.

Event Description
Additional information received from the consumer reported they received a list of healthcare providers (hcps) but needed a manufacturer representative (rep) to reprogram them because their hcp hadn¿t been able to do it properly as they still shook and needed their husband to feed them.No further complications were anticipated.
