Event Description
Information was received from a health care provider (hcp) via a manufacturer representative (rep) regarding a patient who was implanted with a neurostimulator. It was reported that when the hcp attempted to increase the stimulation, they received an out of regulation (oor) message (60) that indicated that the settings were invalid and the device was unable to increase the amplitude. The rep stated that according to the therapy impedances, the implantable neurostimulator (ins) should have been able to output more, but the settings seemed to have reached their upper limit. The diagnostics/troubleshooting included the hcp attempting to slowly increase stimulation, which allowed them to increase it by a few tenths of a milliamp, but no more than that. The electrode and therapy impedances were tested and all were within normal limits. The event remained ongoing at the time of this report. No symptoms were reported and no further complications were reported/anticipated.

Event Description
Additional information received from a rep, confirmed by an hcp, indicated that the cause was unknown and was still being investigated. The event was not considered resolved. It was unknown if the patient experienced any symptoms related to this event.
