Information was received from a consumer regarding a patient who was implanted with a neurostimulator (ins) for parkinson¿s dual, movement disorders. It was reported that the patient stated that they were in florida, but they live in (b)(6).Patient reported that they needed to increase stimulation because it was too low, and they called their hcp in co.They told the patient how to increase their stimulation over the phone.Patient reported the stimulation was too high and they needed to decrease stimulation because they were getting overstimulation and they couldn¿t decrease the stimulation and the co doctors told them to locate a doctor in (b)(6) that they could see for their therapy.Patient services assisted the patient with using patient programmer to sync and the programmer showed therapy was on/ok, setting group a at 3.70v and patient was able to decrease stimulation to 3.50v.Troubleshooting resolved the reported issue.
