No patient information provided as no patient was involved in this concern.A medtronic representative went to the site and replaced the x-stage cover, the right and left caster mounts, and the docking pins.The imaging system then passed the system checkout and was found to be fully functional.The x-stage cover was returned to the manufacturer for analysis.Analysis found physical damage showing dents and scratches around the docking pin holes.The right caster mount and left caster mount were returned to the manufacturer for analysis.Analysis found physical damage of both caster mounts in which the docking pins were broken.Analysis found the reported event was related to a mechanical issue.
