Information was received from a healthcare provider (hcp) regarding a patient with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for urinary dysfunction/sacral nerve stimulation and gastrointestinal /pelvic floor therapy.It was reported that one electrode pair measured ???.The caller increased default setting to 300 pw and 1 v and received ??? on one pair only, all others were good.They further increased to 300 pw and 2 v and this resolved the ??? and reported good impedances.The patient noted some uncomfortable, unexpected stimulation during test, however, the issue was resolved during troubleshooting.Additionally, the patient further reported he had retention.He indicated having a surgical procedure (penal implant) a week prior to this report.He noted that after turning on the ins, it resulted in inability to empty his bladder.They wanted to know if it would be recommended to turn off the ins.No further complications were reported.
