It was reported through clinic notes from an appointment on (b)(6) 2018 that the patient's generator's battery was dead and nonfunctional.The physician believed this may be the reason for the patient's recent increased seizures for the past 6-8 weeks.The patient's office indicated that there were no other indications besides battery depletion that could explain the increased seizures.They said that the patient's father had called them and told them the seizures were bad.It was reported that the patient's generator was replaced on (b)(6) 2018 due to low battery the tc reported that the patient's generator was disabled due to battery depletion.He wasn't able to reset settings or run diagnostics.No further relevant information has been received to date.Product return is not expected.
