Event Description
It was reported that the patient experienced vessel dissection.The target lesion was located in the right coronary artery (rca).A 1.25mm rotalink burr was selected for use.During the procedure, it was noted that the burr dissected the rca and the patient had to be transferred to the operating room for open heart surgery.No further patient complications were reported and the patient's status was stable and fine.
