Event Description
It was reported that the diagnostic mobile programmer application froze, when the user selected "enable [device]." the application was closed, and the device was interrogated with a different programmer, which was used to confirm that device activation was successful, and patient information was present.The application remains in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
