Event Description
Litigation alleges injury, pain, loss of range of motion, skin problems, elevated metal ion levels, adverse local tissue reaction, capsular destruction, pseudotumor, disfigurement, and necrotic tissue.

Event Description
In addition to what previously alleged, ppf alleges metal wear and metallosis.After review of medical records, intra-operative findings reported of metallosis, capsular destruction and fluid filled pseudotumor.Added account name, surgeon, laboratory result, date of birth and age of patient, product details of liner, head and stem in impacted products.Updated patient harm.Doi: (b)(6) 2007; dor: (b)(6) 2018; right hip.
