Ppf alleges dislocation with closed reduction, metal wear and metallosis.

Event Description
Pfs alleges pain, popping, trouble walking, limp and dislocation.After review of medical records, patient was revised to address dislocations.Revision notes reported of cyts, dark serous fluid and metallosis.
