Event Description
The screw thread of the glenosphere was not working like it should.They kept screwing it in but it did not stay there.They used it in the correct way, used the guide pin and the yellow screw driver.After they tried to replace it a few times they had to open a new glenosphere to finish the procedure.They had no problems with the second glenosphere.
