Event Description
Information was received from a healthcare professional (hcp) via a manufacturer representative. It was reported that the hcp had issues years ago with screw connections. It was noted that after procedure connections were loose upon impedance check, the hcp had to return to the or to fix it with a different wrench, re-screw/attach the device, and fix the connection. The hcp did not believe the issue was related to patient use and noted that the torque wrench did not properly tighten the screws in the implantable pulse generator (ipg). No further complications were reported/anticipated.
