Event Description
Boston scientific received information that this implantable cardioverter defibrillator (icd) battery had depleted.Boston scientific technical services (ts) then explained the event and stated that several years ago there was an allegation that the device was either on or was turned off.To date, this icd remains in service.No adverse patient effects were reported.
