Event Description
A report was received that following a dbs lead implant procedure, the post operative computerized tomography scan displayed that the patients lead was initially implanted too deep.On (b)(6) 2019 the patient underwent a lead revision procedure where the lead was retracted to the correct position.The patient is doing well post operatively.
