Event Description
|
Patient¿s great saphenous vein (gsv) was treated with venaseal.Procedure was completed in a normal fashion as per ifu.The patient had experienced phlebitis post procedure and was treated with a medrol dose pack, eloquis and xarelto.Patient reported the treated leg feels good.It is reported 2 months post-procedure the patient has fainted.The patient continues to be hypotensive and have fainting episodes.Patient is frustrated with the symptoms being experienced.Physician does not believe venaseal is root cause of patient¿s symptoms as patient has orthostatic hypotension.Patient has been advised to monitor hydration.
