Event Description
Patient reported that her vns battery was low and she needed a battery change.Further information was received that the patient was referred for prophylactic generator replacement as the device was at ok battery status.The patient reported that she has lost some efficacy with the device.It was stated that she is having sleep issues but does not have suicidal thoughts and was anxious that her generator may be losing power.No additional information has been received to date.Replacement surgery did occur.The generator has not been received for analysis to date.
