It has been reported from (b)(6): an (b)(6) -year-old patient with multiple comorbidities (chronic non-revascularized ischemic heart disease with lvef 39%, aht, dm, dl, carotid stenosis with 2x angioplasty in 2010 and ckd as the most prominent) enters the hip fracture traumatology facility with a hip fracture for intervention for placement of partial prosthesis on (b)(6) 2019.At the time of cement placement, refractory distributive shock requiring support with norepinephrine and dobutamine at medium doses happens.The patient does not recover and dies.
