It was reported by the patient that they experienced "yellowish" drainage at the chest incision site.Clinic notes from the patient's physician indicated that there was no infection and that the was doing "fairly well." the patient had a small opening of their skin at the chest site.It was reported that there was no evidence of purulence or cellulitis.The physician indicated no signs of drainage but that vicryl suture may have split.Patient was cleared to have the device programmed on and "overall everything looks appropriate without any issues." the patient's surgeon indicated that the incision opened slightly and there was drainage as the patient was a slow healer.Device history records were reviewed for the implanted generator and lead.Both products passed all functional specifications and were sterilized prior to distribution.No further relevant information has been received to date.
