Event Description
It was reported that the patient underwent an unknown gynecological procedure on (b)(6) 2007 and the mesh was implanted.Within a couple of years, the patient was rushed to hospital with severe abdominal pain and was told it could be ovarian cysts.The patient was placed on tramadol for quite some time.The patient experienced severe lower back pain, abdominal pain, urine leakage, painful intercourse and was feeling heavy in the anus.When passing urine, the patient has to sit in certain positions to empty bladder and on most occasions, it comes out slowly.The patient is 48 now and still suffering all symptoms including very weak legs.Additional information has been requested.
