Event Description

Pfs alleges pain, range of motion limitation, unstable hip, multiple dislocation, metal anguish and depression after 1st revision.After review of medical records, the patient was revised multiple dislocation, left hip.It was also indicated that the patient had dislocated his hip twice in the post op period.Operative notes has no additional allegation.Doi: (b)(6) 2016; dor: (b)(6) 2016; left hip.
