Event Description
Medtronic received information regarding an imaging device being used for a cervical spine procedure.It was reported that the system took a non navigated scan and it did not push to the navigation system.The site said all the boxes were green and the camera was checked on the image acquisition system (ias).When the scan was pushing to the stealth it gave them the message that they had to manually register.They tried to push the scan multiple times and it said dicom failed to upload.There was no nav tag present on the images.Navigation was aborted.There was no reported impact to patient outcome and no reported delay.
