Event Description
According to the reporter, during the procedure, they tried to set the device at 45 watts and with a minute, timer but the device immediately jumped to 100 watts and the timer immediately became 10 seconds.They tried to replace the antenna, but it was repeated and they tried to turn on the device with these settings but it did not work at all and made a certain alarm sound.They had to stopped the surgery.
