Event Description
During index procedure, an in.Pact av access paclitaxel eluting balloon catheter was used to treat the left cephalic arch.Approximately 15 months post procedure, patient suffered stenosis of the cephalic arch and was treated with medication and pci.A non medtronic balloon catheter and implantation of a stent was used to treat the cephalic arch.Patient recovered.Investigator and sponsor assessed event is not related to device, procedure or paclitaxel.
