Event Description
It was reported that removal difficulty was encountered.The target lesion was located in the iliac artery.An 8x40x75 epic vascular stent was advanced but failed to cross the lesion.The device was stuck and when it was removed, it was kinked due to pressure.The procedure was completed with a different device.There were no patient complications nor injuries reported and the patient was good.
