Event Description
It was reported that the patient experienced palpitations, stimulation across chest and "pulsating temples at their head" occurring at specific times.Follow-up with the clinic indicated the patient's left ventricular (lv) lead was programmed off and the rv and ra leads were programmed to the lowest possible threshold as the patient was experiencing headaches, tingling and "zinging." no further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

It was further reported the left ventricular (lv) lead was later explanted and replaced.
