Patient allegedly received an implant via the right femoral vein due to deep vein thrombosis (dvt) and pulmonary embolism (pe).Patient is alleging tilt and vena cava perforation.The patient further alleges post-implant pe and blood clot.Report from ct: "the filter is tilted to the left with its apex lying on the wall of the ivc.".Report from radiology: "the legs of the filter have penetrated through the wall of the ivc into the pericaval/mesenteric fat.".
