Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the reservoir was loose when screwed in.There was unusual noises during rewind, the insulin pump did not gave alert when reservoir was low and there was unexplained no insulin delivery alarms.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The device will not be returned for analysis.
