Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the buttons of insulin pump were sticky.Customer stated that the plastic was chipping off from the area of screw in reservoir.Customer also stated that the insulin pump had chips and cracks around the reservoir compartment but reservoir was able to lock in place when inserted into the insulin pump.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
