Event Description
It was reported that deflation issue occurred.The target lesion was located in the tortuous and severely calcified right coronary artery.After the lesion was placed with an unknown stent, the stent was still under expanded, so a 3.5 in diameter nc quantum apex balloon catheter was advanced for post-dilation.The balloon was inflated over burst atmosphere for 10 seconds.However, after deflation, it appeared there were two separate balloons inflated on the same shaft.The balloon was semi deflated when removed from the patient's body.The procedure was completed with a different device.There were no patient complications nor injuries reported.
