Per the clinic, the abutment was removed under a general anesthetic on (b)(6) 2020 due to lack of benefit.A topical antibiotic was applied.The implant remains in-situ.

Per the clinic it was reported that the patient underwent revision surgery (date not reported) in order to convert the patient to a transcutaneous osia baha implant system.During the procedure, the abutment was removed and an implant was placed on the internal fixture.This report is submitted on 2 september 2020.
