Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had button error.Customer reported that insulin pump had diminished battery life from first day, damage to the casing of insulin pump, had to rewound once and was slower.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
