Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that their insulin pump had unexpected restart alarm, keypad anomaly and frozen display.Customer was unable to clear alarms.Customer reported that the time clock was advanced.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
