Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin shoot out of the cannula.Customer stated the insulin pump was slower and louder during rewind, low battery alarm and then in one hour no power alarm.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
