Event or Problem Description
The customer reported via phone call that they experienced high blood glucose level.The customer¿s blood glucose level was 511 mg/dl.Customer also reported that the insulin pump had insulin flow block alarm.Troubleshooting was performed.Customer stated that they had tried all remedies.The device will be returned for analysis.
