Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had motor error alarm.Customer reported that they were not able to clear the motor error alarm.Customer reported that they rewound the insulin pump.Insulin pump was exposed to high magnetic field that was magnetic resonance index.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
