Event or Problem Description
It was reported that the patient presented remotely via merlin.Net.Upon review, it was found that the patient's implantable cardioverter defibrillator was exhibiting far r-wave over-sensing that led to inappropriate automatic mode switching.No intervention was performed.The patient experienced no adverse consequences.
