Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had a blank display and there was a screen showing up.Customer stated that there was cracked on insulin pump at upper left hand side right above battery symbol.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.

Device passed the operating currents, self test and displacement test.No blank display anomaly noted during test.Device received with broken battery tube threads and cracked case display window corner.The p-cap locks into the reservoir compartment properly noted.(b)(4).
