Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had motor errors and the act button was sticking.The customer also reported that the insulin pump was slow to prime and had to restart to complete.The customer stated that they had to change battery frequently.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
