Event Description
While the device was in use on a patient, the screen froze and it was impossible to operate the device.A nurse found it and replace the device.A dealer reported the phenomenon to us.A patient was on the device at the time of malfunction.There was no patient harm.The patient information was not disclosed.A nurse noticed the problem and switched the device for another.

G4: 02jul2020 b4: (b)(6)2020 the service engineer could not reproduce the problem and concluded that a touchscreen malfunction probably contributed to the phenomenon.The service engineer recommended a touchscreen replacement.The customer declined service, so the device was returned unrepaired submission of a report does not constitute an admission that medical personnel, user facility, importer, distributor, manufacturer, or product caused or contributed to the event.
