Event Description
Information was received from a patient (pt) regarding an implantable neurostimulator (ins). The reason for call was that patient reported that probably in (b)(6) 2020 the implant migrated, causing pain at implant site. This was corrected with a pocket revision surgery in (b)(6)2020.Patient mentioned that therapy settings "were cranked up a bit" after that.Pocket revision resolved issue.
