Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that insulin pump had button error alarm and buttons were not responding.Customer reported that insulin pump was exposed to moisture and black solid circle was found in insulin pump.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.

Device received with unresponsive buttons due to moisture damage at keypad traces.No button error alarm noted.Traces of corrosion found at the electronic assembly and motor assembly per visual inspection.Unable to perform the displacement, operating currents or verify missing segments/partial display due to unresponsive buttons.
