Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that insulin pump had compromised force sensor system alarm and just shoots the insulin out of the reservoir.Customer were unable to clear the alarm and also were unable to rewind the insulin pump.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
