Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the esc,act buttons of insulin pump were unresponsive.It was reported that the time clock was advancing.Customer stated that the eye site was blurry.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
