It was reported that the patient presented via remote transmission.Upon review, it was revealed that the implantable cardiac monitor exhibited multiple tachycardia episodes. The episodes were false positives. Also, r-wave clipping and t-wave over-sensing was observed. It was noted that the r-wave clipping was indicative of the dynamic range being programmed lower than the intrinsic r-wave amplitude. The patient presented in clinic on (b)(6) 2020.Upon interrogation, r-wave amplitude measurement was higher than range obtained on remote transmission.Programming changes were made. The patient was stable post procedure.
