Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump was died in the middle if night with no warning.The customer stated that the insulin pump was crack on side near reservoir and battery lasting about month.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
