Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the buttons of insulin pump were not responding and unable to rewind.The customer stated that most of the buttons were unresponsive.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
Additional Manufacturer Narrative
All buttons functioning properly.No button error alarm during testing.No moisture or corroded keypad found.No flatted keypad.Connector was inspected and locked on lcd board.Device passed displacement test, rewind test and self test.No rewind anomaly noted.(b)(4).
