Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had rainbow effect making it harder to read.Customer stated insulin pump had reject new batteries, hairline fracture at reservoir side, no delivery alarm.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
