Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the act key mainly and the other keys were not responding well.The customer also stated that the insulin pump had diminished battery life and had to change batteries much more often and scratches on the screen, had to press and hold down buttons.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
